Shipping Information
All orders ship from our warehouse in Utah. In stock items usually ship within 1 business day. In fact, if it’s before noon here in Salt Lake City we’ll do our best to push it out the door same day. Standard shipping is typically 1-3 days anywhere in the US with USPS, but we also offer expedited shipping via UPS if you just can’t wait to rock your Mother Karen’s.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re thrilled you chose Mother Karen’s and hope you love what you ordered. We get it, sometimes things just don’t fit the way you expect. We’re happy to do an exchange or full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please send back your item in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.
Wear, Tear, Repair, Share
We build our jackets to last and encourage people to keep them for a really long time. If you outgrow your Mother Karen’s, pass it on to some lucky cuss.
Scars tell stories. If your Mother Karen’s earns a tear or rip from a wipe out, or a burn hole from a campfire. Simply repair it and wear it. Sew it, tape it, staple it or glue it. Be creative and wear it as a badge of honor.
